Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba – Elder Elmer Courchene

The TRCM would like to extend its heartfelt condolences to the friends and family of respected Anishinaabe Elder Elmer Courchene. Among his many contributions throughout his life, he was a strong advocate for Treaties and provided the TRCM with his guidance and wisdom. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him and he will be deeply missed.
