Food Service Supervisor
Duties:
- Delegate tasks to workers who prepare and serve food;
- Supervise the activities of Counter staff
- Establish work schedules;
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Prepare and submit reports;
- Ensure food service and quality control;
- Hire & Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
- Coach employees about how to improve their work habits;
- Ensure that employees follow all safety and health codes;
- Handle complaints from customers when they arise.
Education: High School
Experience: 2+ years
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wages: $13.75/ hr for 35 hours/week
