1911 Gold Announces Grant of Options and Deferred Share Units

VANCOUVER, BC,July 8, 2024 – 1911 Gold Corporation (“1911 Gold” or the “Company”) (TSXV: AUMB) (OTCBB: AUMBF) announces that it has granted a total of 200,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to Mr.Blair Schultz, a newly appointed director to the Company, pursuant to the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “LTIP”). Such options have an exercise price of $0.11 per common share and expire on July 8, 2029, and vest as to one-third immediately and one-third after the first and second anniversaries of the date of grant.

The Company will also issue a total of 8,902 deferred share units (“DSUs”) to three directors under the LTIP in respect of Q2-2024 director fees. Each DSU entitles the holder to receive one share of the Company, or in certain circumstances a cash payment equal to the value of one share of the Company, at the time the holder ceases to be a director of the Company.
