MKO: Free counselling available in Manitoba

The Province of Manitoba is offering free counselling services to Manitoba residents age 16 and older to address the need for additional mental health support at this time through the expanded Mental Health Virtual Therapy Program.

The service, which begins today, offers up to two counselling sessions, by phone or video. It is available in multiple languages. This free service is being offered until December 31, when the program will be evaluated.
