Nail & Spa Salon Supervisor

Venetian Nail Spa – a premiere nail spa in Winnipeg, Manitoba aims to provide outstanding nail spa services and environmental lifestyle products under the highest standards of business ethics. Due to business expansion and growth, we are looking for three (3) full-time, permanent (35 hr) Nail & Spa Salon Supervisors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities, working turns for manicurist/pedicurist in the salon
• Monitor quality of production from manicurist/pedicurist in the salon
• Establish work schedule and procedures for the salon
• Resolve customers’ feedbacks and work-related issues
• Train new staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
• Order materials and supplies.
• Oversee cleaning and hygiene of the salon
• May support co-workers during busy time if needed.

And:

• Strong interpersonal & relationship skills
• High school diploma
• 1+ year of related experience is required.
• Completion of nail related courses is an asset
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule

Remuneration:

• $31 per/hr for 35 hours per week
