PURPOSE OF THIS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
This is not a bid solicitation. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) related to an Advance Procurement Notice (APN) of potential contracts with anticipated security, Indigenous participation, and Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) requirements. Note there is no guarantee that these contracts will proceed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
EllisDon Corporation (EllisDon) as the Design Builder has been contracted by SkyAlyne Canada Limited Partnership to provide design services and constructability oversight to complete the design of the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program infrastructure at three sites across Canada. The infrastructure will support training of personnel, storage and maintenance of aircraft, as well as accommodation facilities for personnel.
