The Municipality of Cartier may participate with other public authorities in cooperative purchasing where there are economic advantages and it is in the best interests of the Municipality to do so.
The co-operative purchasing process may be conducted in accordance with the procurement policies and procedures of the entity that is responsible for coordinating and leading the process, provided that those policies and procedures are consistent with the Municipality’s obligations under applicable trade agreements and the Municipality’s procurement goals and objectives.
